sir,
I have the honour to acknoTMledge
the receipt of your despatch No.205 of the 27th June re-
garding the selection of Mr.Bagg as Wardmaster in the Kennedy Torn liospital, and to inform you that I have duly
furnished him with s. letter of appointment as requested
in paragraph 3 thereof.
2. As it was advisable that Mr.
Bagg's services should be available in other Government
hospitals in the Colony as well as that to which he was
primarily appointed, I caused him to be asked whether he
would agree to this slight modification of the original terms of his appointment. He agreed to this on condition
that the Gaol Department should be excepted, and he has
accordingly been appointed Wardmaster in the Government
Medical Department.
